Nearly 40 years later, Spago restaurant resembled both a new toy in the market and an old standby. The restaurant always looks altogether fresh because the menu keeps changing. The restaurant, located in Beverly Hills, is famously known for its smoked salmon pizza, an iconic dish. Although it is no longer on the menu, you can request it.
