Las Vegas, Nevada is one of those places with so much life and beauty. With so much to do and see, it may be challenging to narrow down your itinerary to get to the very best places. That is why we have compiled a list of the best attractions in Sin City. Vegas is an exciting place to visit because, as you will see on our list, some of the best interests are perfectly designed to give you a taste of the fascinating places on earth. Let’s jump right in!

Bellagio

At face value, Bellagio is just one of the many grand resorts in Las Vegas. However, there is so much more to see. Top of the list is the magnificent dancing fountains. Within Bellagio, you will find a showroom where you can watch these fountains at designated times during the day and night, complete with color and music. The best part is that the show is free, which is worth taking advantage of in Vegas. The fountains aside, you can also marvel at the 140-square-foot conservatory and botanical gardens. There is a wide variety of beautiful plants that are said to be maintained by 140 horticulturalists. If you’re curious about gardening information, you will be glad to find experts here ready to fill you in. Bellagio also has a fine art gallery with an impressive art collection, including work by the famed Matisse and Picasso.

The Strat

Towering at 1149 feet, The Strat stands proudly as the tallest freestanding tower in the United States. That fact in itself is worth marveling at. If you don’t mind heights, you can visit the observation deck here to get a perfect view of Las Vegas. The deck is usually open until 1 am on weekdays and 2 am on weekends. You can also have a meal at the Top of the World Restaurant, or consider booking your wedding at the wedding chapel.

If you are up for more adventure, consider trying the free sky jumping from 855 feet. There are also 3 wild rides you can take. The X Scream gets you hanging 866 feet above the ground just for the thrill. Insanity involves a mechanical arm that stretches you away from the building and then gives you a good spin while the Big Shoot shoots you into the air at 45 miles per hour.

The Strip

If you do nothing else in Vegas, at least consider walking the strip. It is a two-and-a-half-mile-long stretch on Las Vegas Boulevard South that can easily qualify as the whole of Vegas. It stretches from Mandalay Bay to Treasure Island. Here, you will find the best restaurants (including those owned by your favorite celebrity chefs), luxury hotels, casinos, and nightclubs. For maximum satisfaction, take your walk at night when the lights are up, and life is at its peak.

The High Roller

When you cross the street from Caesar’s Palace, you will come by the LINQ. This is home to the highest observation wheel in the world, towering at a staggering 550 feet. The revolution was set up in 2014, with 28 glass cabins that can hold at most forty people each. You can book a tour that gives you a sight of Vegas from above for 30 minutes. An audio commentary will fill you in on every important detail about what you see as you go along.

Paris, Las Vegas

Do you know how sometimes you want to visit a place but can’t? Well, there’s a temporary solution in Vegas. If you’re dying to go to Paris but can’t afford it yet, you can always start with its American version in Las Vegas. You will find a host of restaurants that serve French cuisine and get to shop at the Boulevard. However, Paris would be incomplete without the dazzling Eiffel Tower. This is why there is a 46-story replica of the original in Las Vegas. It is exactly half the size of the actual tower. It is very similar, so you will feel like you’re in Paris. The building has an observation deck at 110 feet to give you a clear view of Las Vegas.

Caesar’s Palace

Keeping in tune with places you may wish to visit, this iconic place was set up in 1966 by Jay Sarno. As the name suggests, it is something of an ode to Julius Caesar. The architecture mirrors Rome at the time of Julius Caesar, and the personnel are even dressed in Roman uniforms. You can marvel at the 7 outdoor pools or book a concert at the Colosseum. You will also spot several replicas of Rome’s landmarks, so this place is worth a visit. Caesars Palace is a world of its own, as it serves as home to a myriad of nightclubs and restaurants, a hotel, and a casino.

The Venetian

The Venetian is another themed place you may want to visit. It mimics Venice in Italy and has been designed with excellent Italian architecture. What’s more, a canal runs through the Grand Canal Shopping Mall. You can take a gondola ride, complete with gondoliers who sing. That sounds so much like Venice.

Fremont Street

This street in downtown Las Vegas is a favorite for many. Here, you will find 5 blocks of a canopy with LED lights, but that is not the best. Every night, all other businesses turn off their lights, then the street comes to life with a visual and music show. This is known as the Fremont Street Experience. You can also catch random street performances and try out zip lining while here.
