Table of Contents

While visiting Las Vegas in the state of Nevada, it goes without saying that you must crown your trip with excellent photos for your social media or to keep as memories. However, you may be wondering if you can take pictures of more than just the craze at the casinos, wild drinking expeditions, and celebrity chef restaurants. The good news is that you can! Many beautiful places in Vegas beg to be photographed, and we have listed them here for you. Let’s take some cool pictures, shall we?

The Vegas Sign

This one is pretty obvious, and we have put it first on the list so that you can drop by as you get into the city from Harry Reid International Airport. If you miss it, you can always take a picture on your way out. This way, you will save yourself a trip during your stay. The sign is a favorite for many visitors in Sin City and has been up since 1960. Western Neon put it up. Owing to the fact that it is a favorite, there are always queues here if you want a picture right in front of the sign. To save yourself the hustle of waiting, consider coming here early in the morning before it gets crowded, or take a snap at an angle and be on your way.

The Eiffel Tower

The good thing about Vegas is that you can also have a picture that makes it look like you were in Paris. Who wouldn’t want that? You will find the Eiffel Tower in Paris, Las Vegas, going up 46 stories, a half-sized replica of the original. Go across the street to the Bellagio Fountains if you want the best shot. Here, you can have a picture that captures the whole tower in its glory. You can also go to the top and take photos of Vegas from the sky.

Seven Magic Mountains

Seven Magic Mountains

About ten miles out of Vegas into the desert, you will come by seven columns of brightly painted boulders. Towering over thirty feet into the air, the seven magic mountains are a sight to behold, and they make for an excellent photo background. This art installation is the work of Ugo Rondinone, dating back to 2016. The area is under a lease, so you need to picture this beauty before it is closed. It was supposed to shut down by the end of 2021. According to the website, though, the stakeholders are working on keeping it on for longer. The best time for a picture here is very early in the morning before the crowds drive-in, preferably on a weekday. Another advantage of coming early is that you will be done before the desert heat becomes unbearable.

Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens

When someone mentions the Bellagio, the first thing that probably comes to mind is the fountains. As much as the fountains are a perfect spectacle, there is more inside. Cue the glass-roofed Bellagio Conservatory. Here, you will find the Botanical garden that spans 14,000 square feet of colorful sculptures, flowers, trees, and other plants. This garden is well-maintained, and the plants are themed according to the changing seasons. When you visit during various seasons, you can always look forward to making new, different pictures. Another photo-worthy point at the Bellagio is the lobby. Look up and see a beautiful glass flower canopy by Dale Chihuly (a renowned glass artist).

Neon Museum

This museum has been up since 1996 on North Las Vegas Boulevard, and it showcases old neon signs of different places in Las Vegas. The signs are large and beautifully colorful- definitely worth photographing on their own or as a backdrop. You can book a ticket online to get in. This way, you will not risk finding them all sold out. There are options to take a guided tour or walk around independently. Note, however, that you are only allowed to take pictures with your mobile device- not an actual camera. If you want to use your camera, you will need to inquire about a separate arrangement.

Luxor Hotel & Casino

This Resort and Casino on The Strip is a sight to behold. It is built to the theme of ancient Egypt, and the main building is shaped like a pyramid. You will want a photo of that. Other fascinating features worth photographing are the 110-foot-tall Great Sphinx at the entrance and the tall Luxor sign.

Trevi Fountain at Caesar’s Palace

Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas was designed to the theme of Rome. As such, you will be able to photograph many Roman monument replicas here. One of the most outstanding is a copy of the Trevi Fountain. The view of the blue water and the statue provides such a great background.

Alternatively, you could also book a gondola ride and take more pictures. Whatever you choose, it is a beautiful sight. A beautiful 12 foot tall LOVE sign is also worth a photo at the Venetian’s atrium.

Wynn Las Vegas

You will come by the atrium as you walk into the famous Wynn, Las Vegas. Preston Bailey designed this stretch, and it will transport you to a pretty tiny world, albeit for a few minutes. Beautiful floral displays, colored lanterns, and string lights make the perfect photo.
